We were there early but met some interesting people including a talkative British mortgage guy and his partner who was a fascinating older gentleman and apparently an ex-ballerina.
The art was good. Almost controversial? I hear the word "cliche" and "overdone" from time to time around the LA art scene but I can't take for granted good solid technique.
